Choosing a Contractor

When choosing a contractor, it is important to consider:

• Length of time the contractor has been in the remodeling business
• The contractor’s licensing and insurance
• References and/or warranties offered by the contractor for work performed
• Multiple written bids from contractors

And in the end, we encourage you to make your decision based on the overall value you will receive. As with most major purchases, cost is a very important consideration but not the only one.
