Delivery Policy
Wholesale Products Siding, Residential Roofing, Commercial Roofing, etc.

• Wholesale orders shipped via HARVEY truck are subject to a delivery charge.
• In certain markets, Harvey charges a restocking charge on returns in place of a delivery charge.
• Special charges may apply for certain equipment (conveyor trucks, cranes, etc.)

Construction Products and Harvey Manufactured Windows and Doors
Orders for windows and doors totaling $200 or more are shipped at no charge.

1. Back orders for shipping errors by Harvey will be delivered at no charge. The original invoice will carry any delivery charge for the ordered material.
2. From our warehouse or point of origin, Harvey reserves the right to ship via common carrier, freight collect, or increase charges for delivery made by Harvey truck.
3. Harvey reserves the right to charge special rates under extraordinary circumstances i.e. where two men are required or where an unusual amount of time is needed.

Pick Up Policy

• Custom manufactured Window and Door orders will be billed upon completion of production.
• Construction Products or Harvey Manufactured Window and Door orders that are not picked up within 10 days of their arrival at your local Harvey branch are subject to a storage and handling charge.

Special Order Policy
Special Order products may incur an additional charge. Please check with your local Harvey branch.

Material Return Policy
Harvey Industries will allow FULL CREDIT for material returned to our warehouse under the following circumstances:

All merchandise must be clean, and undamaged. No credit will be issued for material which is unsuitable to place in stock for immediate re-sale. Please do not return anything that you would not accept on your next order.

1. No credit will be allowed for custom made or special order items.
2. Wood products sold in random lengths may not be returned for credit.
3. Asphalt roofing shingles may not be returned for credit. Granules vary from lot to lot and therefore cannot be mixed.
4. Material must be identified as originally purchased from Harvey.
5. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
6. Returns will not be accepted for materials purchased as discontinued or final sale.
7. Returns of items not in full cartons are subject to a 15% handling charge if their value exceeds $200.
8. Markets that do not receive a delivery charge will receive a restocking charge -- 10% for material returned at the branch and 15% for material picked up on job sites by Harvey trucks.

NOTES:

• Deviation from any of the above conditions is cause to refuse items for credit.
• All counts by Harvey are final.
• Material refused by Harvey will be discarded immediately if not removed by the customer.
• Material returned by Harvey truck which is unacceptable for credit will be scrapped.
